Lavender Face + Body is a community-minded, pro-LGBTQIA+, pro-parent, gratuity-free business, owned by esthetician & massage therapist Karen Fig. She is committed to providing services that address your individual skincare and body needs with expertise, dignity, and respect. Karen has been a licensed massage therapist since 2017 and a licensed esthetician since 2022. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelations within 4 hours will result in an 80% charge for schedule services. No Call / No Show will result in an 80% charge for the scheduled services and future appointments will be automatically canceled. Lavender Face + Body has a 10 minute grace period for arrival. Please notify via text or call if you will be 15 or more minutes late, as this may require your appointment to be rescheduled and the no show fee to be collected.
